Do you have questions about our products or want to track your order?

You can track your order directly in your customer account. There you will also find the wish list and your previous orders. If you have not created an account and are ordering as a guest, you will still receive emails as usual with the consignment number and invoice so that you always know when your parcel arrives.

We are happy to be there for you and provide you with individual and comprehensive advice. Our team is made up of experienced and knowledgeable employees who will assist you in person, by telephone or by e-mail. From Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m. and 5 p.m., we are at your side as your professional contact - regardless of whether you have questions about the emmi®NAIL product world, nail modeling or a specific nail art technique. We advise you on every project and are happy to help you with our specialist knowledge.
